Open lines of communication. While Daniel did answer quickly to emails and included the needed parties, the entire process was a mess. This disorganization was mainly due to the "closing production analyst" person. There were follow up emails that were ignored for a week in addition to not delivering on promises. I was told that this person has a lot going on and the workload is overwhelming. Sorry not my fault. I was told I would hear back from a branch manager and that still has not happen....

Started the entire re-fi process on 7-3-19 & it took thru 9-6-19 to finally get papers to sign. This was even after scheduling the signing after being told the loan docs were ready & then the notary had to call & cancel claiming that not all the loan documents were completed. I would go weeks at a time without hearing anything from any associate that my refi loan was passed over to. Only after me inquiring every week or so, did the process continue to move along.

I would have like to have been told that appraisal was not adjusted instead of having to ask and assume and I would have like more/better communication concerning cancellations or rescheduling of signings

Communication was great in the beginning and we felt like things were done in a timely manner, however, 20 days went by before we heard from someone saying that we had not uploaded all the documents onto the portal, when we had. We walked them through We ended up closing two days later, since there were certain receipts the lender needed that we’re not communicated to us quickly. We had to get wiring instructions day of from the title company and there were still documents being waited on.

No one seemed to know what was happening. We received emails from a variety of people throughout the process which was confusing. At the end of the day... the process for getting everything complete was unclear. We appreciate the help getting everything to the attorney in time, but the stress of the process was too much for us to recommend to any of our family or friends.
