I have used Dan as my mortgage guy for over 20 years. He makes the entire process absolutely painless and smooth. Prompt callbacks and very thorough. This time we used him, we moved to Arizona. No sweat! He did our loan, kept our realtor up to speed along with the title company. I would NEVER look to use anyone else but Dan. Now when the rates get better, guess who’s getting our refi? Dan was absolutely top-notch through the entire process! He was very responsive with thorough, clear communication along the way. Any questions we threw his way were answered clearly and promptly, and we were able to have everything in line for a quick close on our new house with time to spare. Dan is awesome to work with. Dan was our lender with the purchase of 2 homes and now he helped us with a re-fi with our current home. He is super knowledgeable and keeps you "in the know" through the whole process. I know that Dan won't miss a thing and has only our very best interests in mind.
