Danny Delgado is a helpful person who was a delight to work with. He always picks up the phone or one of his fellow workers. If no one was available he would call in a hour later. I would for sure recommend him to a friend.
This was the second time I had the pleasure of working with Danny. The first instance was the purchase of my home and the second time as a refinance. It's stressful enough trying to purchase or refinance a home, but Danny made sure that obtaining each loan was a stress free and seamless process.
My experience with Danny (and the members of his team) has been nothing but positive. Even in my situation, which got a little convoluted due to my first realtor not doing his job, Danny was very responsive and accommodating to my circumstances. He certainly surprised the seller's realtor and the attorneys with how efficient he was in getting the loan approved. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
