Danny was absolutely terrific to work with! He was extremely responsive from the beginning of our contact with him, including three phone calls on a Saturday on the first day we spoke with him. His very high level of service continued right to the end when he called at 9:30 in the evening on the last day to take care of a question we had. His team members were equally responsive throughout. They're a great team and we really enjoyed working with them all.
Great experience with Danny and his team at Guaranteed Rate. From my first conversation and through every discussion that followed, he was extremely helpful and everything was accurate while securing my home mortage. He even responded immediately on a Sunday afternoon when I simply emailed a question (and wasn't expecting an answer so soon). You don't get that type of service much any more. Danny was able to get our loan completed in a real short time and then 2 years later lower our rate. On our original loan for our house purchase, we were in a bind because our original loan company came to us late saying they couldn't get it finished in the time provided. Danny Delgado and the entire Guaranteed Rate team went above and beyond to get me into my house. There were so many issues with the sellers mortgage company that resulted in having 4 closings cancelled before the 5th finally stuck and Guaranteed Rate stayed with me and helped every step of the way.
