Typical hot chicken. Options are either strips or sliders. You have various heat options from no spice to reaper. I chose medium spice and my husband chose mild. It took longer than expected to receive our order, but they were really busy. Not much indoor seating. The tenders were perfectly seasoned and a generous size. Overall, a solid place to get a quick bite and people watch.

Chicken is very good but the batter in which it is fried is a bit too hard and sometimes burned. But overall very friendly staff and clean location

First time at this location and Dave's in general. Clean and fast service. Order came out minutes after placing it. However, the chicken is seasoned wayyyyyy too much. It's so salty, it was like eating mouthfuls of whatever the seasoning they use. If it hadn't been for the bun, slaw, pickles, extra sauce, I don't think I would have been able to eat it. I feel like they could also put a bit more slaw on the sandwich. It was just a pinch, hardly any. Fries were nice and crispy, not over seasoned like the chicken.

Pretty wild that these dudes started out in a backyard. Even though "Hot chicken" places are everywhere Daves is still one of the best. This location is the easiest to get in and out of too.
Loved Dave's Hot Chicken! The portions are huge especially in LA and that sauce is amazing. I honestly think between the 4 of us we could have split 2-3 meals but overall great. Service was quick and easy, they even have a (small) parking lot in the back! It's free for 45 minutes and then $5 after that. The restaurant is very clean with plenty of seating and clean bathrooms as well!
