TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Husband and son wanted me to give them a two stars but I will be generous with a 3 stars. We ordered 2 orders of 2 chicken tenders with fries and one order of slider/ tender. We also ordered 2 drinks. All for $45 and some odd cents. We ordered mild flavor and it was still hot for my autistic son. My other son only ate one of his chicken tenders. Great chicken! Best around. The first time I came here I made the mistake of getting the hottest flavor, it was not edible. I've since settled on "hot" and it's perfect. I crave this stuff everyday now

Ordered the medium and it was fantastic! Chicken is super moist and flavorful, I would recommend getting the sliders, the slaw and other toppings are delicious. Staff was very friendly, Shane made our experience amazing! He was very welcoming and friendly!!
