Great chicken/combos and great service out of everything !!!! Hope they make another in Fontana!
Went back again to pick up food for my brother, when I went to the pick up area the worker Nancy called out the name of my brother so when I went up close I told her "I think that's my order" she then looked at me and said "you think??" in such a rude way. This is not the first time the workers at this exact Dave's have not only been rude to me but to my family as well.

First, the young lady at the counter was great and was hustling to keep up with taking orders, doing the drinks, and bagging the food. They need more front help. Ok, now the "food".... I believe there might be 15+ chicken places around here and DHC won't be in my top 65 choices. Very dry chicken. Some horrible sandy, gritty, dry rub on "flavor". The fries were fine. This is the first time I tried Dave's Hot Chicken. They need more workers here. First of all there was quite a line as there was only one person working the register. This person was also responsible for calling out names and distributing the take out orders. I witnessed a lot of food die on the line waiting for it to be given out. They are to slow it takes 1/2 hour waiting for a chicken sandwich when I could go to Cane's where there is quicker service

Came in today at 6. No mozzarella stick available and said the ice cream machine doesn't work so no shacks. And then i asked for two extra Dave's sauce and the girl worker said i could only have one. You would think since i couldn't get mozzarella sticks or a shake she would give me an extra Dave sauce. I come here a lot and never been told i could only have one Dave sauce. Yesterday, I ordered 3 meals with cauliflower bites on the side. However when I got home I opened a meal box and there was no chicken inside of one of the sliders. Immediately confused I called the store to ask what can be done as I live far away and couldn't make the drive back at the current time. An employee was able to help me out stating they would write my name down and I could come claim a free slider to replace the missing one the next day. This is my third time in a row that i have ordered and their pick up times are ridiculous. Three times in a row I've waited 25+ extra minutes. Why don't you get more help or give an accurate pickup time. I've complained twice online and they do NOTHING about it. Save your time and go somewhere else.
