Dave's Hot Chicken is now gatekeeping their honey to hit their bottom line. Ordered $30+ of food and told I can only have 2 packets. If I wanted more I needed to pay. Icing on the cake was my wife finding a hair in the top loaded fries.

They gave me the wrong type of food. The lady did not look at the phone carefully. What I got was a tender and a vanilla milkshake. Horrible service! Get it right next time.

The regular chicken tastes gross and had a feather still in it but the "Daves not chicken" cauliflower chicken is fire. If they didnt have it, this place would suck and they need sunshades inside the building.
I could feel my blood pressure rising and arteries clog up. What in the sweat and spicy this food must only be seasoned with salt and hot sauce. I'm not going back

Okay I love dave's, they have an amazing location at the Ontario Mills. This location however, the cashiers are nice and very helpful. Unfortunately this is probably the worst dave's to come to if you are hungry. They kitchen employees move at the absolute slowest, visually. There is no sense of urgency for a full dinning room. I overhear everyone in this dinning room constantly complaining about the wait and how they are still waiting for food. I've seen some people wait 30 minutes for only a dave's #1. The worst Dave's chicken ever!! Restaurant had a very long line, dirty, short on staff, and did not accept coupon that I had. What is the point handing out coupons if customers cannot use it? Staff were nice though. In general need a lot of improvements. I might not coming back.
