First time here and had Great customer service with Shane who kindly ran down the menu and gave me suggestions.

Chicken was raw and gooey.. I am disappointed as this was my first time trying Dave's Hot Chicken!

i made an order through apple maps and I accidentally ordered it to the wrong restaurant. I tried calling the restaurant and they hung up on me three times and then they blocked my number and ignored my call when I tried to tell them to cancel it. They yelled at me on the phone and blocked my number. absolutely disrespectful, nasty people who work here in clouding the manager

The not chicken was discontinued and the regular chicken tastes like ass. .

We came in about 20 minutes before closing, we initially felt bad for coming in that late too. When we ordered our food we sat at the table closest to the window where we can see in the kitchen. While watching the cook which was a Hispanic woman looking to be in her late 40s, we CLEARLY saw her spit in our food. Absolutely disgusting and inappropriate. I understand wanting to go home or being annoyed with last minute customers but you CAN NOT mess with peoples food. That is serious and charges are being considered.

if I could rate 0 stars I would, spending 40+ everytime I come here with how pricey it is and then on top of that the chick at the counter can't give me a couple extra sauces, not to mention I went today to get the free slider in the app and the APP bugged out and I ended up paying for the slider bc the rude (what I'm assuming is manger) said she couldn't do anything about it, she came up to me to tell me that and didn't even give me a chance to respond she just walked away, she's like this everytime I come to this specific ... read more

Every time I order food I tell them not to put pickles in my sandwich. It never fails the pickles are in it By the way, I have my food delivered.

This store has horrible customer service and they have gotten my order wrong three times in a row and the third time was the last straw. I ordered a mild slider and they gave me extra hot. My wife cannot eat extra spicy and she threw up as a result and I spoke with Rosio and she was rude, wouldn't even allow me to finish my sentence and didn't even apologize.
