Ordered from Dave's Hot Chicken and the pickup time said it'd be ready in at ---- time, go ahead and just tack on 45 min to that. By the time my order was actually ready, I'm pretty sure the chicken I ordered had enough time to hatch from an egg, grow into a full-grown adult chicken, live a meaningful life, get plucked, seasoned, fried, and then finally make its way into my box. Look, the food is good. No complaints there. But the pickup times? Absolutely fictional. Great chicken. Terrible relationship with time.

Foods gas but it took 40 min to get our food. I was starving man it took forever. But I love the food

Why does anyone eat here lol. It's dry chicken rubbed with "hot" seasoning. Even the pickles tasted off. Yuck.

Food great but 45 minutes for a fast food place is poor management and poor staffing Suggest corporate tell this franchisee to get it together. The wait isn't worth the result.

Disappointing service. This is how the second time I've done an online order and waited an extra 10+ minutes than the scheduled time. Whats the point of picking a time?? Also they offered everyone grabbing their order extra daves sauce. I asked for one and was told I would have to pay for extra daves sauce with an online order. That makes NO sense.

Went there to pick up my order food 02/01/26 at around 04:50pm. I didn't get the cashier name but I ask for some Dave sauce on the sides. I ordered 8 chicken sandwiches and fries but the cashier was too stingy to give me some sauce and she wanted to charge me 50 cents each. Very poor service

Horrible service. I have never been treated like this in any place, not even Jack in the box. I had ordered loaded fries online to pick up, when I got my food and got home they only gave me a box with fries, the fries were not even half way filled. I decided to call to see if I could at least get a refund, and the lady on the phone was so rude. Not a good experience. Food was very good, but the service was horrid. I placed a takeout order and walked in giving my full first and last name. The employee (hopefully she was not a manager) quickly retrieved the bag of food for me, and then asked to see my app to prove the order was mine. I was a bit surprised, but showed her my app. I could not immediately find the order and even pointed my phone to her so she could try. She did not see it either. Unfortunately I came specifically so that a friend can receive the Fallout meal and we received NOTHING. this is exactly how we opened our bag once we took our mobile home. literally NOTHING !! I can't even blame the single female worker who was left to do everything but cook the actual food. I blame management for this since she was left with no help. i was not gonna go back since parking is terrible and lobby was already packed while waiting 20mins for my mobile.
