We put in an order online for a hotbox, which is supposed to include pickles and sauces. We also added cheese (which we thought meant a cheese dip on the side). We ordered half lite mild, half extra hot. I picked up the order, and granted i should have checked and I usually do, but this time i was in a rush. It said the order would be ready at 6:57pm, i was there at 7pm and still had to wait 20 min. Terrible experience with customer service. They gave a lot of attitude during the free slider event on 10/24. They also didn't let anybody know in line that they will stop serving the free slider at 9pm. Of course I wouldn't mind paying but the thing is we've waited for a hour to be disappointed and greeted with horrible experience and attitude from staff. Manager also was rude and didn't let anybody in line know about the deal ending. They all need better training, as well as needing to clear up the trash cans overfilling ... read more

I went to the drive up service was OK. It was very expensive for what you get a sandwich and I didn't want the hot and I ended up with the hot. It was OK. I would never go back again though wasn't that great

Not much to see here just disappointed in overnight sizing difference when I ordered the Macaroni & Cheese. Received the 8oz portion the night prior for my kids. It was so good I ordered one for myself the next day and got the small red 6oz. (And no I didn't order the wrong size I paid $3.99 for both) The real problem is that the team member lied to my face saying "the sizing didn't change just the color." As we see that's not true. Change the size sure, but don't lie about it They could have even upcharged me for the larger... read more
