The worst Dave's chicken ever!! Restaurant had a very long line, dirty, short on staff, and did not accept coupon that I had. What is the point handing out coupons if customers cannot use it? Staff were nice though. In general need a lot of improvements. I might not coming back.

First off ... customer service is terrible by some of the cashiers giving my lady a hard time and attitude. Food is not consistent one day it'll be great and the other day it will be terrible with no flavor or spice.

I went to dhc....com as asked by Brett ..... filled out the form as asked and received another apology text and that's it. Not seeing how that was a chance to make it up to me? Just more wasted time . Now not only am I disappointed in the quality of the food but also the customer service.

We recently visited the Menifee location in California and we enjoyed the meal, but we were concerned about the rats that we saw in the video. There was multiple of them under garbage can. A lot of people open the doors throughout the day and we're concerned for our health. We just want to bring this to your attention, we just think it's very unsanitary.
