TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

You are in for a treat at this place. Love spice? Your are at the right place! My daughter loved it to and she did not get spice. Just a note to the owner: House dressing is nice but gotta have ranch with chicken strips. I think ranch would draw more family because kids love the ranch. Cheers!

Great service!! Chicken was juicy and the whole staff was on point. The whole restaurant was clean and everyone was wearing masks.
On the outside, the place looks unassuming, barring the bright red chairs. But when you step inside, it's a blast of color within a surprisingly small place! (I don't know the photos made the place look big!) Decided to check Dave's chicken out on a whim (and heavy review checking) since I was in the area, and honestly it's not bad!! Absolutely fantastic. Prices are fast-casual, not KFC, but you get what you pay for. Menu option are a bit limited, but what they have is pretty amazing straight down the board. The crinkle-cut fries are a bit bland and uninteresting, but that's about the worse thing I could say. And everything is made to order, so expect at least ten minutes or so to cook after you order. Otherwise, good food, good prices, courteous staff. I'll absolutely be back.
This place doesnt miss, always has the best chicken. Great place for when you're hungry late at night. Kari was super helpful and nice, 100% recommend this place
Our first time here and it's been great! We were greeted as soon as we came in the door, and got our order taken quickly. Even though they are busy there are orders constantly coming out, no extended wait times.
Best chicken sandwich in town and don't forget to add cheese makes all the difference
