My first visit here was unacceptable due to severe hygiene issues and poor service. I observed staff handling trash and cleaning tables before prepping food all without washing hands or wearing gloves. To make matters worse, our order was given to other customers who handled the food before it was retrieved and handed to us. When I asked for a fresh replacement, I received cold food in the original greasy boxes, including a piece of chicken that had been torn. Went back Friday 4-17 to try again. As I walked in two guys where at the counter bickering with the staff about the sauce they got and they left. While I was looking at the menu the employee greeted me with welcome and proceeded to talk to the back room cook/manager about the two men about whatever the sauce issue was. While I was deciding what to order I watched the back room cook he /she him her on their cell phone texting waiting for me to place my order I turned and left.
