Absolutely love this place! For a fast food chicken sandwich, it's the best one I've had so far. The chicken is always so juicy and filling. It's a little expensive but you definitely will be full. I always get the slider and 1 tender spice level: Hot combo. The slider is more than enough, and the tender is for a snack later! Fries are also very crispy and airy. The customer service is so terrible Long line waiting, every time I went here waiting was so long to pick up my order and most of the time I saw the order already there and one guy takes slow or mess up or whatever I think this place need train more staff.

We were told that we would be refunded online by the manager. Then we were texted by a representative named Jorge and were told that we'd receive our refund within 3 business days. It has been longer than 3 business days and we still haven't been refunded.

I came here for the first time expecting to experience the hype but it was such a let down. The wait time was crazy for a small order on a Wednesday (1 hour). All this for the food to come out dry and room temp. Completely ruined the experience and I can't say I will come back again. Saw another lady today experiencing the same issue and attempting to get a refund. Save yourself the hassle. They need more or new staff.

It's been almost an hour since we placed our food order and we're still waiting. I'm not sure if it was just slow service or poor staffing but this is ridiculous..

Ordered food for me and my little brother, I saw our food just sit on the counter for 15minutes before they actually handed it to us, and people who came and ordered after us got theirs before us. overall needs better service.

Don't go here when it's busy! Took me 30 minutes from when i ordered to get my food! Horrible!

First time here 5 people total inside all waiting for their order....i orderd the #1 11:25 am... by 11:40 3 of the other 5 guest got their food... 2 uber eats pickups came during this time for small orders 11:45 got food ...20 min wait is too long for empty restaurant and a 30 min lunch break
