TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Came in based off the recommendations of my friends and I cannot be more please. I really loved that the chicken was able to be both flavorful and juicy and the sauce was a big hit for me. Definitely worth the drive to check it out and I'll be back soon the next time I'm craving chicken!

My wife n I wanted to see what all the hype was about... spent about 50 bucks n didn't even get my coleslaw when I opened the container Chicken didn't hit the spot at all... juicy but very salty n honestly the flavor was off wasn't anything memorable.... Fries were not bad but that didn't make up for the subpar food we payed way too much for....

The customer service was great. The workers are kind. The aesthetic of the store was great. The food was not my type. I like spicy to really spicy food. I ordered the hot level chicken (not super hot or reaper because I want to try the basics first) and when I got it, it was extremely salty. I'm not sure if that's the recipe or the cook didn't check the seasoning portion. I didn't get heat, just saltiness! The fries and their sauce were good though.

The chicken was well cooked and perfectly flavored. The tenders were juicy and the skin was crispy. The flavor was spread evenly. The workers were kind as well.
Great service. Not a long wait like other Dave's so great choice to come to this brand new location in a nice area. The food is also really good here and it's halal so great spot.
