I had Dave's for the first time in almost 2 years. I was really craving hot chicken today. Wow this place went downhill, it just does not taste the same anymore. For starters, the portions got smaller. The chicken wow, between the 2 tenders, one was ok the other was mediocre. The fries were awful as well. I also ordered the new hot mozzarella stick to try and they took forever on one stick. It was ok, but the embarrassing part, to my surprise, was that it was better than the chicken. The customer service is so terrible Long line waiting, every time I went here waiting was so long to pick up my order and most of the time I saw the order already there and one guy takes slow or mess up or whatever I think this place need train more staff.

We were told that we would be refunded online by the manager. Then we were texted by a representative named Jorge and were told that we'd receive our refund within 3 business days. It has been longer than 3 business days and we still haven't been refunded.

I came here for the first time expecting to experience the hype but it was such a let down. The wait time was crazy for a small order on a Wednesday (1 hour). All this for the food to come out dry and room temp. Completely ruined the experience and I can't say I will come back again. Saw another lady today experiencing the same issue and attempting to get a refund. Save yourself the hassle. They need more or new staff.
