Went back Friday 4-17 to try again. As I walked in two guys where at the counter bickering with the staff about the sauce they got and they left. While I was looking at the menu the employee greeted me with welcome and proceeded to talk to the back room cook/manager about the two men about whatever the sauce issue was. While I was deciding what to order I watched the back room cook he /she him her on their cell phone texting waiting for me to place my order I turned and left. I had Dave's for the first time in almost 2 years. I was really craving hot chicken today. Wow this place went downhill, it just does not taste the same anymore. For starters, the portions got smaller. The chicken wow, between the 2 tenders, one was ok the other was mediocre. The fries were awful as well. I also ordered the new hot mozzarella stick to try and they took forever on one stick. It was ok, but the embarrassing part, to my surprise, was that it was better than the chicken. The customer service is so terrible Long line waiting, every time I went here waiting was so long to pick up my order and most of the time I saw the order already there and one guy takes slow or mess up or whatever I think this place need train more staff.
