Took us over 30 min to get our food. People who ordered after us had already received their food and left. The reason being their bites take longer to make... a 10pc of bites. So don't recommend getting those if you're hungry lol second time Dave's has let us down so no more Dave's for us

I guess going on the day they are giving free sliders means everything else was going to be bad. My husband went to pickup the free slider and then got a slider combo too with fries and a drink. Both sliders, the medium and extra hot, were seasoned incorrectly with zero to no spice. The fries were super stale. Sadly we had to throw them out. Very disappointed in our meal this evening.

Jesse the manager at this location has no sense of manager skills to tell a customer they cannot process a refund that to trust him he will do it later at night never heard a refund be denied and have to be done at night. The service was horrible, waited more than 40 minutes for my food and that's because we spoke up demanding for a refund. When all of a sudden they had our food ready, the people that were before us and after us got there food way before us. But other then the service at this location the food was good.

I am so beyond furious. i ordered the cali chicken bites online and what do i bite into when i get home real chicken. i haven't eaten meat in 12 years. i tried to call but of course they won't answer. will NEVER be going here again after i could've ended up in the hospital. inconsiderate employees that apparently can't read

I so wish i was joking but we just watched an employee take a fry from our pick up order, crouch down behind the counter, eat it, and then give us our order a few minutes later. i mean at least the hand he used had a glove but i'm still appalled

The food is always good here, but the workers seemed like they just wanted to mess around in the back. They also have forgotten my drink multiple times while going to the drive-through.

The food is good but I think this location needs to work on a few things. First, if your employees are going to wear a mask they need to speak up when calling out order numbers or a microphone needs to be used. The music is super loud in the restaurant so people can't hear soft speakers especially when wearing a mask. Either tell the counter person to ditch the mask, speak up, lower the music volume or use a microphone. Second, there should be 2 counter employees every shift, or at least on busy days/nights.
