Left feedback as Brett G. suggested and still have not heard back from anyone. I guess my issue is now being ignored. I cannot believe this franchise has just STOLEN MY MONEY! I will never visit any Dave's again and be sure to tell my friends and family to spread the word about this thieving company! ZERO STARS if it were possible!

I will never purchase anything from this location, even if my life depends on it. You restroom policy toward delivery drivers is singling out one of the most important parts of your business, delivery. If you insist that we make a purchase just to use the restroom, then I will never buy anything from you. This policy is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. I will make sure to pass this on to yelp and Apple Maps and any other platform I can think of, hoping to reduce your business until this lame policy is change... read more

Placed an online order in July. Went to pick it up and was told they were out of mac and cheese, and a refund would be issued. To date, I still have not seen this refund. Been emailing back and forth with Guest Support since September. They claim to have requested a refund from the franchise 3X. No one from the restaurant has responded. I also emailed the restaurant directly. No response. Recently, Guest Support had offered me a coupon as a resolution to the issue. Terrible sandwich by the way. Walked in and no one greeted me, everyone just stood there and talked to one another. Took almost 5 mins for someone to take my order just to eat a terrible sandwich. Go anywhere else but here.

They made me wait 20 min while my food was sitting there in the counter no apologies nothing and the food is cold and tiny little pieces

5hours before closing and they couldn't serve me a supposed free sandwich on the app? Very unprofessional I cut my gym time and drove down here just for them to say cutoff for a free sandwich was 9pm and it was 9:05?....why can't they put this on the app so I dont waste my time and energy to get denied, 5hours before closing! Crazy unprofessional by the establishment
