The food is good but I think this location needs to work on a few things. First, if your employees are going to wear a mask they need to speak up when calling out order numbers or a microphone needs to be used. The music is super loud in the restaurant so people can't hear soft speakers especially when wearing a mask. today was the first time trying dave's and honestly it's so mid and kinda nasty. the chicken tasted like it was lab grown. the chicken tasted undercooked and grossed me out, i can almost promise you i'm sure it's lab grown. the chicken, which is the main star of the plate was not it for me at all. i liked the fries and that's it. also the sliders were dry and they put almost no coleslaw.

Food was terrible. I've been craving good hott and spicy chicken for a few days. Came here to try it out because it popped up in my mind. I ordered two chicken tenders with medium spice. The chicken was only seasoned on ONE side of both pieces of chicken. There was hardly any sauce dripping from the chicken. It wasn't flavorful at all and the oil the chicken is cooked in tasted old. I definitely won't be coming back. Service was good.

The chicken was good but their menu was very limited. I don't think I will be back as nothing was exceptional about it and service was very slow. We waited almost 20 min for a restaurant that only serves 4 things. The portion of French fries was also small for the price. The restaurant was very loud. We ended up eating outside as we couldn't hear ourselves think.

got the #1, Hot and Extra hot and none of them were HOT!.... I use to go to Dave's off Western all the time so I was expecting that same quality but nopeee, it wasn't the same..... I was so disappointed! I'm wondering if all the other locations are like this.. cus then I gotta look for a new hot chicken spot :(

Wanted to see what all the hype was about, it's not that great in my opinion. I prefer the Chic fil a spicy chicken sandwich. I got my hopes up for this place but it kinda disappointed me. I thought they would have their own "special sauce" but all it was, was thousand island and it tastes store bought. I will stick to chic fil a and raising canes.

I've given this place a few tries, and have been let down every time. The chicken comes out dry! There is almost no sauce on the sandwich, and the fries were not crispy. Maybe I need to try another location or I caught them on a series of bad days, but it will be a good while before I give them another shot.

I was going to order on the website for: Dave's #2 (13.99), Mac & Cheese (3.49), and 2 sauces (0.50). However, the SUBTOTAL said $28.22 even though all together it should've been $17.98? So I called this location asking if they knew if there was a pick up fee or something causing this.
