The customer service is so terrible Long line waiting, every time I went here waiting was so long to pick up my order and most of the time I saw the order already there and one guy takes slow or mess up or whatever I think this place need train more staff.

We were told that we would be refunded online by the manager. Then we were texted by a representative named Jorge and were told that we'd receive our refund within 3 business days. It has been longer than 3 business days and we still haven't been refunded.

I came here for the first time expecting to experience the hype but it was such a let down. The wait time was crazy for a small order on a Wednesday (1 hour). All this for the food to come out dry and room temp. Completely ruined the experience and I can't say I will come back again. Saw another lady today experiencing the same issue and attempting to get a refund. Save yourself the hassle. They need more or new staff.
