I had horrible customer service the kid at the register is very absent minded not all there I told him I wanted sauces for my food then to me the options let me pay for the food then when I asked for my sauces he said I had to pay for them like he forgot I asked about sauce for my food

I love Dave's but this location is not where you want to go. Lots of customers, including us, waiting on orders. Our food came out lukewarm. Trash bins were overflowing. Stay far away from from the Fullerton location.

yesterday, sunday, march 8th at about 7 pm, me and a group of my friends (about 16 of us) went to this location. we had just got out of music rehearsal and wanted to spend a nice, casual dinner together. when we arrived there were a good amount of people there, but by the time we had sat down there was almost no one seated outside where we were. since there were a lot of us, we had to put a couple of tables together. the shift lead (i am assuming, anyway) came out and started speaking to us with a bad attitude, saying, "i w... read more

On 12/22/2025 I placed an order through door dash and experienced a biased in delivery time due to tip issues (I gave the minimum )I called and spoke with Jessica to shared a complaint but only to have her hang up on me . I have voice recorded the phone call to highlight the incompetence of the establishment . Terrible service. My efforts will be focus on rectifying this issue via corporate management

Is there an hour of operation update? I went by and it was closed already, 2 plus hours before the business hours . People were outside standing but doors were locked .

Left feedback as Brett G. suggested and still have not heard back from anyone. I guess my issue is now being ignored. I cannot believe this franchise has just STOLEN MY MONEY! I will never visit any Dave's again and be sure to tell my friends and family to spread the word about this thieving company! ZERO STARS if it were possible!

I will never purchase anything from this location, even if my life depends on it. You restroom policy toward delivery drivers is singling out one of the most important parts of your business, delivery. If you insist that we make a purchase just to use the restroom, then I will never buy anything from you. This policy is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. Placed an online order in July. Went to pick it up and was told they were out of mac and cheese, and a refund would be issued. To date, I still have not seen this refund. Been emailing back and forth with Guest Support since September. They claim to have requested a refund from the franchise 3X. No one from the restaurant has responded.
