My son has been begging me to bring him here to try this chicken and mozzarella sticks. So here we are. Nothing to mention on the customer service, I ordered at the kiosk. The best thing I had was the mozzarella sticks...believe the hype!! 5/5 so flavorful and that cheese pull???? Chef's kiss! Worth the drive for the mozzarella sticks alone. Dave's Hot chicken is a very awesome place to stop by and have a bite to eat. I was just in the store on Mass Ave here recently and the experience that i got was one of the best ones by far the staff there is outstanding and the go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is taken care. This place is pretty popular, but they do a great job of getting orders out quickly. Even when it's busy, the service is fast and efficient, so you don't have to wait long for your food. The fried chicken is really tasty, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. Absolute peak. I don't know a single restaurant better than this. My first time biting into a piece of chicken had to be top 2 events in my life. The tangy sauce with the complex chicken flavor, and don't forget the flavorful fries. Just peak. Not to mention the milkshakes too. Dave, you deserve the Medal of Honor. I heard they had cauliflower and decided to check them out. I visited when they first opened a few years ago and tried the fries and Mac and cheese. I wasn't really impressed but I'm loving the new menu. I ordered the cauliflower sandwich, fries, and mozzarella stick. I wasn't expecting the hot to be so hot but it was a 10/10. The restaurant was clean. The service was a 4/5 which is why I didn't give a 5 stars for my review. The cauliflower Dave's not-chicken sliders were phenomenal!! I got mine in hot, which was pretty spicy. I had to dip it into ranch to cool it off, but it was delicious. The fries were seasoned well and the Dave's sauce was delicious as well. The pickles are very cold, thick, and crunchy. Pickle lover approved. Even the bun was amazing - soft, sweet, and held up well. All the food was piping hot and fresh. Please never get rid of the cauliflower not-chicken!!!!!
