This place is pretty popular, but they do a great job of getting orders out quickly. Even when it's busy, the service is fast and efficient, so you don't have to wait long for your food. The fried chicken is really tasty, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. Absolute peak. I don't know a single restaurant better than this. My first time biting into a piece of chicken had to be top 2 events in my life. The tangy sauce with the complex chicken flavor, and don't forget the flavorful fries. Just peak. Not to mention the milkshakes too. Dave, you deserve the Medal of Honor. I heard they had cauliflower and decided to check them out. I visited when they first opened a few years ago and tried the fries and Mac and cheese. I wasn't really impressed but I'm loving the new menu. I ordered the cauliflower sandwich, fries, and mozzarella stick. I wasn't expecting the hot to be so hot but it was a 10/10. The restaurant was clean. The service was a 4/5 which is why I didn't give a 5 stars for my review. The cauliflower Dave's not-chicken sliders were phenomenal!! I got mine in hot, which was pretty spicy. I had to dip it into ranch to cool it off, but it was delicious. The fries were seasoned well and the Dave's sauce was delicious as well. The pickles are very cold, thick, and crunchy. Pickle lover approved. Even the bun was amazing - soft, sweet, and held up well. All the food was piping hot and fresh. Please never get rid of the cauliflower not-chicken!!!!!

Just above average chicken. Not my favorite spicy chicken in town but it's in a good location on Mass Ave. and wasn't very busy (surprisingly) during lunch. It does have one of my biggest pet peeves where the line to order cuts the restaurant in half and if you sit on the side opposite the pickup area and drink fountain, you have to awkwardly squeeze through people who are focused on their phones or the menu board. But I do like how spacious the seating areas are overall.
