Aesthetically pleasing once you walk in your greeted with some lovely Dave's hot chicken artistic impressions. The cashier that we talked to was very nice and answered all the questioned we had and welcomed us as first timers. The food was ready in 10 minutes or less and it was really good. Worth the price. Chicken is outstanding but they're prone to messing up your orders so double check everything when you get your food.

Spicy and delicious. My husband and I get the mild and medium heat and they're just right. The macaroni and cheese is delicious as well as the cheese fries. The Dave's sauce is good too! The sandwiches are perfectly balanced and the heat doesn't hit as hard (we get medium on those). The tenders we get mild and they are great!

My husband had been wanting to try this place and when we finally had a good opportunity to go, it didn't disappoint! The fries were crispy and well seasoned, the portions were a good size, and it didn't take long at all to get our food. I ordered tenders and he got a slider/tender meal, both of us got medium, which was a nice level of spice. We were surprised at the sweetness of the seasoning, but it was tasty! When I was visiting family in Indianapolis recently, I had the chance to finally try Dave's Hot Chicken (I just found out they have a location in DC that I never knew about). I got their #3, which is 1 Tender and 1 Slider with Fries. It was good, nice enough heat without it being so hot that it's uncomfortable to eat. We came here for a quick bite before seeing a show at Old National. We were able to order and get our food very quickly. I have heard from people who have came here before that their spice can get pretty spicy so I opted for No Spice for my first try. I also have to get Mac and cheese whenever it is offered.
