Ordered on the app to-go for a 3pm pickup and I did arrive a little late, but it looks like my sticker on the bag was printed at 2:47pm so I'm worried my chicken was sitting out since then despite me indicating a designated pickup time of 3pm. The chicken was tasty, but pretty cold by the time I ate it. I like that the meal comes with pickles, it's a nice touch to cut the spice of the chicken.

Im not the type of person to leave a bad review but after what happened i must share my experience. I left this store feeling hurt, embarrassed and disrespected. The guy behind the counter Dave, treated me very poorly and spoke to me with attitude just because I had my service dog with me. I noticed while I was in line he was already giving me certain looks. Terrible service had a very big issue with my meal being uncooked and having some type of object in one of the sandwiches management did not try to help at all a guy named Lucas with management blamed me for this issue and took no accountability and no type of help was given this isn't good business and my family's meal was inedible due to undercooked chicken and safety hazard of one of the meals

Hi Guys, Don't waste your time going to Dave's Hot Chicken In Jacksonville Fl, There is a lot of drug dealer and drug users walking around there if you come from the back side of the building you will see them hanging in the back of the building along with selling to others in the building. I don't understand how a manager can let this slide now I understand why I stand in line for a good 45 minutes waiting on my food they to high probably DRUNK. I sadly have to make a second review because things have clearly gone downhill. As I said before, the food is overpriced in my opinion. The service has made me really change my entire opinion. Multiple times now, my order has been wrong. The last time I went in, I asked for no pickles and of course got pickles. No problem. Went up and asked for a new order. We placed our online order and had to wait nearly an hour before our food was ready. We visited the new kissimmee location off of irlobronson and the management was very rude. Customers were very aggressive and the manager did nothing to help or offer anything in return for the long wait. This food isn't worth the wait.

Horrible experience I made a mistake and got the wrong order then went back in to get the right order and the service was horrible the lady tried to say I walked out with the food when I was standing waiting for my correct order the whole time then the food was burnt and cold also I'm very sensitive and ended up crying because I was being accused of stealing I will never ever go back to this Dave's not chicken again also thx to the one worker who said he saw me standing there waiting for my food she never gave me anything
