Decided to come here because I saw TikTok videos about Dave's in general (not this specific location) and finally convinced after I saw a twitch streamer talk about how great it was. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the hype. As a fried chicken connoisseur I have to give this place a 2. Staff were friendly. So the food is amazing. I've had them mess up my order once but I do hope that this was a one time thing. The biggest issue is that the food is overpriced for what it is. You can find other restaurants in the area with equally good chicken for a more affordable price. So if you're willing to pay 13 bucks for 2 chicken tenders, then go for it. Just know it's terribly overpriced

Kinda smelled funny in there, like BO and they no longer have vegetarian bites! So, be sure to not go expecting that. It was just for a limited time. I won't be going back since there's no options outside of Mac and cheese, fries and milkshakes. Not my ideal of a nourishing meal lol so I'm out! Good luck out there guys! I hope the meat eaters love it. As the name would indicate, it's chicken so I get it. But just sharing my experience and I'm def not their target market so I get it.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I was super excited to try Dave's Hot Chicken. Loved the story about how they started. Way disappointed with the food. The chicken was very under-seasoned. Also very expensive and lacking in price options for kids. Not a family friendly place due to lack of seating and they could maybe throw a single tender and fry meal up there. Workers were friendly though.

On first and ONLY visit around 8pm, staff was friendly enough when we ordered though the floor needed mopping. Food left so much to be desired for the price. The 'Mild' was loaded with paprika and chili powder to the point it was flaking off. 2 thin slices of bread, a handful of pickle slices, and a carnival container's worth of fries times 2 for nearly $40 was rediculous.

The sandwich was pretty good. Had better , had a lot worse. What spoiled the whole experience for me was , upon ordering , THEY ASK FOR A GRATUITY!?!?!?! Wtf ? No one waited on me at the table, this whole asking or suggestion a gratuity has gotten outta hand. Good Sandwich. Bad experience

Commercial with woman eating in a car is disgusting, loud chewing,slurping her drink is just nasty. I have no desire to eat there.
Awful experience took 39 minutes to get our order. Too low to be a fast food restaurant.

I had a less than desirable experience. These business are quick to flip that screen for their 15-30% tip. When I placed my order, the only two words said were "how hot"? That was the extent of the conversation. I sat at the sticky table while waiting for my food. Personally I prefer Chicken Fire, but Dave's food isn't bad, but not worth it.
