First time visiting last Tuesday. Heard great things so decided to pick for my family on my way home. I ordered and paid online with a pick up time of 7:15 I arrive a min or two after 7:15 and the place is empty. I tell the person behind the counter that I'm there to pick up. Not sure how people think this is good food, the sauce is not canes style more of like a mayonnaise ketchup mix, my chicken tenders were undercooked do not recommend to anyone

I visited this location on 7/19/2023. I got the slider combo. The next morning, I started having stomach pains. I was miserable at work. When I got home, the SALMONELLA poisoning symptoms hit me. I have NEVER experienced this in my life. My peers who work/ live by Waterford Lakes asked me how I wasn't knowledgeable that this restaurant was a "Salmonella Hotspot". Chicken was so salty neither myself or my partner could eat it. What a huge disappointment. We both love Nashville Hot Chicken, but we won't go back to this place. We tossed our meals and left.

The chicken is way to over seasoned it would've been waaay better if it didn't have 2 pounds of seasoning I love seasoning don't get me wrong I love spicy food but this is just overly seasoned and it should include a drink my goodness for the price!

Way over priced , the food is good and the spice can really kick you in the face but it's just way to expensive for what it is . 30 bucks ( before tip) for two cheese sliders with fries and a two chicken tenders with fries no drinks . that's outrages , inflation is a problem but that's just insane . Foods good but that price has to come down .

It's probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had in Orlando. The level of spice is so accurate and not overwhelming. I'm a little disappointed of the service though I called to ask the server to add some Dave sauce to my door dash order that cost me 85 dollars. He refused to add it and refused even when I said I would pay for it. He asked me to order another DoorDash order just for the sauce. Really?!
Not worth all the hype. Need multiple burgers to fill you up. More like a kids size burger and super pricey. The interior is not very welcoming and there's barely any seats. Came in with family and friends with a party size of 15.The burgers are cooked even before you order as there's a constant non stop flow to this business. Even the counter staff are not too friendly as they are just rushing from customer to customer and barely are willing to listen to full orders.
