First time here and the service was amazing. Chad knows what he's doing and y'all need to give that man a raise. He explained the menu to us and told us everything we needed to know. Also the service here is fast too Now the food, the chicken is fire and the fries were perfectly crisp that orange sauce I don't know what it's called but I love it. HIGHLY recommend coming here

I came to this location with my wife and the food was amazing. We ordered the 2 slider combo and 6 piece cauli bites. Everything was delicious and they gave us big pieces. Chad took our order and even checked up on us while we were eating. Great customer service from Chad. Overall a clean atmosphere also.

I visited Dave's Hot Chicken for the second time on Tuesday, 1/30/24, during lunchtime. I ordered the #2 Combo with 2 Sliders (Spicy Level: Hot) and a side of Mac & Cheese. The sliders were amazing per usual along with the Dave's sauce. The Mac & Cheese was more flavorful and tasty this time around. Delicious food best chicken sandwiches in Sacramento. Make sure to get your own. Customer service was amazing. Itzel. The lady that took care of us was amazing with us. She was very kind very respectful. Her personality is amazing. The ambience was good. Chill relaxed plus great food and great service hit up Cell make sure she takes your order. She is the best .

Ordered 3 meals, Chad was at the register and was very attentive and made sure our orders were right. He checked the dining room and double checked with us that we got everything we needed, asking if we needed sauce or Togo boxes. Food was good

This is honestly just a wayyy better Canes. The restaurant and bathroom was clean. The food was perfectly cooked and the fries were nice n crispy. It was our first time there and the cashier, Chad, led us through every step with no judgement. The food took only a few minutes to come out. And Chad came to us a second time to check if we're finding everything okay. Awesome place, will come again
