I had a great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken in Charlotte. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the spice level was perfect. What really stood out was the customer service--Ronnie, the girl working the counter, was super friendly, helpful, and made the visit even better. She had a great attitude and made sure everything was right with my order. I'll definitely be coming back !
Dave's Hot Chicken is already famous for fiery tenders and bold flavor, but my visit was elevated with the help of Ronie. He guided me through the heat levels, suggested the perfect spice balance, and made the experience welcoming. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor, while the sides complemented the heat well. Ronie's friendly attitude and knowledge turned a quick meal into a memorable one. Great food, great service, and serious heat lovers will be happy. I highly recommend visiting with friends.

This place was definitely worth the try! I could hardly finish one tender by how fulfilling it was! Their fries remind me so much of Zaxby's fry seasoning If you are curious. The customer service was amazing! I can't remember the young man who took my order but he was very assuring! The experience overall was amazing! Can't speak necessarily to the service or the ambiance because we had it to go, but it it did surprise me as to how good it was. I have had today's hot chicken once before, and I really wasn't a big fan of it but I think it's because I got it really cold. This, you can tell there's a lot of flavor and seasoning, which is a huge bonus. The chicken was also extremely juicy, none of it was dry which is a huge bonus!
