I had a great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken in Charlotte. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the spice level was perfect. What really stood out was the customer service--Ronnie, the girl working the counter, was super friendly, helpful, and made the visit even better. She had a great attitude and made sure everything was right with my order. I'll definitely be coming back !

This place was definitely worth the try! I could hardly finish one tender by how fulfilling it was! Their fries remind me so much of Zaxby's fry seasoning If you are curious. The customer service was amazing! I can't remember the young man who took my order but he was very assuring! The experience overall was amazing!
