TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The line waiting to order was huge, which was a great sign of goodness to come. Ordered to go medium hot sliders and fries. Everything was hot and delicious once home; it was very impressive. Medium heat was just the right tang and burn while allowing the flavor to come through. Chicken was moist and fries were crispy. Highly recommend

Great spot. Super nice staff. Tasty food and a fun atmosphere. Very small dining area with good music and fun decor. Very clean and tidy. Bathrooms are gender neutral and clean with baby changing stations. Hot was plenty hot enough for me. Will definitely go back.

Hot was perfect level of spice. Chicken delicious, Fries delicious, sauce delicious, pickles delicious, even mac n cheese delicious. Good serMy only recommendation would be to put the Mac n cheese in a meal combo!
