TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

So so yummy! It was the perfect level of spice. Staff was so helpful, and they were very attentive for everything you'd need. Restaurant was very clean, the vibes were nice!

Dave's hit the spot after a hot day of yard work! I just wish there was something between the medium and the hot. Medium was very mild this time, not much spice at all. The hot is teetering on the edge of too spicy. I love the crunchy chicken, delicious sauce, buttery bun and crunchy pickles. I wish ya'll would open a location in South Charlotte ASAP!

Food came out quickly and was high quality as usual. The "hot" spice level was just enough spice for me. The service was great. We sat outside and an employee cleaned each table as soon as someone left it.

I tried the new cauliflower bites and omg they are delicious! I felt kinda oily in my stomach after eating all this fried food so I may have to prepare better next time because I can't stop eating here, it's too good! I love the medium spice, it's just enough to enjoy the flavor without burning your mouth. It's easy to share the 2 pack sliders with a friend if you're not super hungry. Don't forget about the quick outside pick up window!
