TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Dave's Hot Chicken makes a delicious sandwich! After stepping through the door into a clean and simple dining area, I was welcomed by a friendly person as i stepped to the counter to place my order. I was also informed the "Hot" level was about equal to a Serrano pepper, so that was perfect for my taste. The two slider combo was huge! Chicken tender pieces in the sandwich were very large. I tried the light mild, not really spicy at all. Considering it was my first time I was trying to tread lightly, next time I'll definitely request more spice. The French fries were amazing! Super crunchy! We ordered take out and the food remained hot until the drive home and the fries never got soggy. I'd give the fries a 5/5 and the sliders a 4/5. Try their special spread!

It has really good food for the price and for 2 chicken sandwiches I can feed 2 people the service is really good they are super nice to you and the food comes out really fast
