Ordered 5 sliders. 2 Hot, 3 medium. All 5 had zero heat. Absolutely none. They added no spices at all. I was looking forward to a bomb meal all day only to be devastated with disappointment. I get you're busy, but what the hell is with cutting corners to put food out faster. Well, looks like I'll be driving further away and waiting in longer lines to get a better quality product at Howlin Rays. F you Dave's for ruining my night!!!

I won't come here again, I ordered our food we waited 1/2 hours for a small order. Other People were getting their food and we just sat and waited. As I went up to tie counter seems they didn't place the order in the system, and they said we will get an extra chicken tender. This wasn't good with me. I had to leave and didn't expect a piece of chicken to take 30 minutes to get and the place did not have a lot do customers at all. Plenty of kitchen help just a really bad experience with this place.

If i could give it ZERO stars i would Daves hot chicken really fell off, the costumer service is trash, the employees look like they dont know what there doing and have the wost attitude, and this is how stingy they are wit their sauce, aside the malnourished chicken. All that to cost almost $40. Ive never met an establishment so stingy with there sauce you're better off at IN IN OUT or wingstop this place is definitely a pass dont waste your money!

Good but not worth the hype. Service sucked for a high rated place like DHC. We got in for the first time not noticing the kiosk to order and stood there and looked at the menu. Not greeted at all and staff just had their backs to us not acknowledging. I wanted to pay cash but saw the kiosk and figured it was card only as they never spoke to us. I purchased the Dave's #3 (1 chicken tender, 1 slider, and fries). It cost $13.99, and I waited 8 minutes and 48 seconds. The cashier (Nelly) is cordial and professional. Dave's Hot Chicken (West Covina) is a huge disappointment. The chicken tastes watery and mushy. The fries have the flavor and texture of a powdery potato chip.
