Service extremely slow in Temecula location.. I ordered Online said it would be ready at 8:49. Got there 846 waited until 905 for the food... It was horrendous... Took the food to the car to take it back to my disabled friend who just had surgery did not look at the food. It was very small bag which shocked me for what it advertised on the site... Waited for 50 mins for 2 number 3s there was about 15 people in the restaurant just waiting forever nobody had any food then the meal came with 1 sauce that was a quarter of the way full asked for extra and the guy said he would have to charge me it was like $40 something already paying enough just bad management there's 1 guy upfront and 1 in the back and the restrooms were horrendous won't be coming back

40 min wait. Still no food on a Saturday afternoon. Restaurant had 10 tables with no food. 1 cook and1 in front. Needs more staff!!!

At Dave's Hot Chicken, the chicken was old and rubbery, and it came out lukewarm instead of fresh and hot. The texture was disappointing and the flavor didn't make up for it. Definitely not the quality I expected, and it didn't feel worth the price.

I would like to begin by noting that I am a frequent customer of Dave's Hot Chicken and have had positive experiences at many of their locations. Unfortunately this particular visit was the most disappointing I have encountered. Upon arrival there was no staff member at the front counter and it took several minutes before the cashier assisted me. After placing my order I waited approximately 15 minutes for my food. Don't count on your pick up order to have the extra sauces you now have to purchase, and I say have to because of the tiny sauce cup given with your meal that also barely covers the lackluster of fries spent too long in the fryer with each meal (Just some more corporate greed). Additionally, remember a drink does not come with your meal and finally, beware of that piece of chicken that should've never made it to the fryer.

Service was decent overall, but I had an issue with my order. The slider I received wasn't intact--it was in two separate pieces, almost like scraps of chicken rather than a proper slider. When I pointed this out and asked for a replacement, the employee explained that the chicken had broken in half during cooking, but he didn't offer to remake it or provide another solution.

15 bucks for a dry sandwich then they charge another 1.50 for sauce. What a joke for a hot chicken place.

First timer here. Last timer here. Chicken was not tender. Fries and cheese sauce were meh. Mac and cheese was disgusting. Extremely creamy but not cheesy. Stale slice of white sandwich bread. Would choose chicken and bread from Raising Canes, nacho fries and cheese sauce from Taco Bell, and Kraft Mac and cheese any day over this place.
