Came to eat with my kids and I ordered mild sliders and they were too spicy asked the manager to get them replaced so she asked for the food back and since the sliders were bitten she couldn't give me sliders that's weren't that spicy and she said regretfully she had thrown my 2 sliders away. So now I'm here with no food that I paid for. What type of customer service to they offer? She calls her supervisor and said she was only able to give me 1 free slider. Honestly this place is over hyped. And kinda pricey for a basic chicken sandwich. I tried the extra hot chicken sandwich and it was pretty mid. It took 45min for the staff to make 1 chicken sandwich, this wasn't even during a rush walking in the environment n staff were not very welcoming at all. Vibes not there

I'm sorry to say Dave's chicken has gone down hill quickly after opening. Upon first opening there Chicken portions were big, twice the size of the bun, super juicy and great flavor. The fry's were hot and crispy with a terrific seasoning delicious flavor. The chicken has quickly, each week we've gone since opening, gotten smaller, dryer, stringy with little flavor. This was the first time we've eaten here and it will be the last. We ordered two Dave's #1, one was with fries, the other with mac & cheese. One was medium and the other one was extra hot. The chicken was cold, greasy, and way too salty! The fries were also cold. They give you very few fries. The extra hot chicken was disapointing spice wise, all I could taste was paprika. Placed an order online was told it would be ready at 10:14 and here i am at 10:33 still waiting such terrible customer service a whole hour before they close then they cant even make the food correctly. I asked for my money back. Such trash service and they're new still ridiculous.

I feel like this comes out as businesses open they get less hype, and then they get less careful as to what they put out from their kitchen. But I ordered a simple one count meal with one slider and fries with instead of regular size cheese fries instead I got the wrong spice level u asked for. And no cheese fries. At least I ordered though DoorDash so I got an instant refund. The ambiance was rushed, I stared at my meal for a solid minute before I was balled by the one employee at the front. The service was great and the food tasted great. But now 7 hours after my husband is sick and my stomach is feeling terrible. Don't know what happened but pretty sure my husband has food poisoning after eating here.
