Super yummy food! Must've been a short staff day since it took us 50 minutes to get through the drive through :/

I went in and was greeted by Iva who told me I'd just have to wait a few minutes before my food was ready. That was no big deal for me, however Iva went above and beyond and gave me a drink on the house and made the whole experience great. I love ordering from Dave's, the food is always amazing and so is this location, and I will continue doing so!!

Food took a bit to come out. Got the combo in mild with sando and tender. Chicken was hot and fresh. Fries were crisp, but barely warm. Missing the honey the other location gives out. Was not busy at all inside, or drive thru. Had many workers working, but all dirty tables. Finally an employee came to wipe tables at end of her shift. Bathroom needed some cleaning too. All in all food was good, but staff could have been more attentive.

Here's what I loved. The pickles, the sauce, the fries, and the slaws all better than Canes. The chicken was good but I would rather have Canes. Also the sad little thin piece of white bread is kind of pitiful. Seems like an afterthought. The Mac and cheese was pretty good. The medium heat was on the hotter side of what I would expect for medium. The chicken was tender. We ordered on the app and it was ready in 12 min. Customer service was good. Wow!! We went here for my son's 12th birthday lunch because TilTok introduced this place to him. We live 30miles away and this was the closest location. It was WAY worth the drive! Delicious food, AMAZING customer service!! AND I MEAN AMAZING!!!! The place was clean and well kept. THANK YOU Dave's Hot Chicken for an incredible birthday lunch! We will be back!! XO
