TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Food is very good. Limited menu. A little pricey. But place is clean, staff is friendly and our food was hot and tasty! Music was on the loud side for the dining area. We ordered sliders and chicken nuggets both in medium heat. The spice was really good, nice flavor and not too hot. We will definitely eat here again!

Every time I order mac & cheese at Popeyes, it's clumpy and looks like it's been sitting under a heat lamp forever. Dave's mac & cheese was creamy and looked and tasted fresh. Human and dog approved!

One of my family's favorite drive thru spots in the area! The food is delicious and not just like any other chicken, the flavor is amazing and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

The chicken here is incredibly good. The people here are nice and make sure you feel welcomed. Food comes out faster than the microwave in Spy Kids. Place is fire wish I could give it more stars.
