TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The food was delicious and fresh as usual, definitely very filling. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a nice vibe. The staff was very helpful and their customer service was excellent, Nicholas was very kind to us and other customers as well. Can't wait to come back!

It was my first time at dave's and the customer service at this location was amazing!! Nick helped us out and he was so nice and attentive to all his customers. The food was so fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. It's been a while since I've seen genuine customer service and they really show their appreciation to their customers! Will def be back!

Since hot chicken is all the rage, this was my first time giving "Dave's Hot Chicken". Now I am a picky eater and some of the best hot chicken I've eaten was in Nashville, TN. Oddly enough, this chain was actually founded in Los Angeles and now has locations in 20 states across America as well as a few locations in other countries. It can be very difficult trying to replicate Nashville-styled hot chicken in other states but I will say that Dave's was surprisingly tasty and delicious.
