Wanted to know what the fuss was all about. Ambiance was nice - place clean but I was getting take out. Service was great and my guy was helpful with suggestions and was friendly. Only 3 stars was because the food was mediocre. Tender was soggy. Fries were good but I came for the chicken! Sandwich wasn't any better. This is the second time I've placed and order to go and they have gotten it wrong. This time they gave me a Dave's #1 instead of a #4. I drove 10 miles back since my son was upset. The front staff was not apologetic nor were they particularly nice nor did they refund the difference. I hope the customer service improves.

Food is the same as any other Hot Chicken place so I like it. The problem is the service we have been there so many times and every single our order has been wrong. Most of the time we order for a pick up so we don't notice until we get home. The server are very nice never rude but I don't know where they go wrong.

Horrible, idiots there gave me a slider that was way hotter than lite mold spice then I told them to remake it and they gave me one that was still way hotter than lite mild spice. Disrespectful and laughed in my face.

1st disappointing visit out of 6 to this location. My food was good, but this is where you want to keep on reading... I was there in a small group and witnessed so many food service standards & common courtesy violations that (from today's experience) will heavily impact my decision to revisit this location or DHC in the future. Food was really good as always. Place looked really clean. Service was terrible. I've gone to this location about 8 times, and every single one of those times have been a very positive experience. Four of my friends and I ordered from the kiosks and one of my friends decided to have some fun and put "Baby Girl" as his name. I'm not impressed with this place. I don't really get the hype around it. There chicken is too salty. and there food is so spicy it's unenjoyable.

Dave's is always a great choice when it comes to hot chicken/ chicken sando, their portions are reasonable and their spices are where it's at. I would've given this review a 5 star review if they didn't get my order wrong. My girlfriend and I order our usual, which is a two tender combo for her and two sliders for myself. I'm usually not one to complain especially if the food is delicious, but I had ordered a two slider combo, one medium and one hot, only to realize that both sliders were in fact medium. Will update this to 5 stars once things get better here. It's the second time we saw our chicken not coated properly with the right spice level sauce and the right amount of powder. They nailed it before every time but can clearly see quality control dropping. Staff is always great and overall meal is good usually. Not sure why the slippage these days. Will be back and hope things are back to normal.
