TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Had to check out the new hot chicken place in town! They were very busy (the first week it opened) but the line went very fast and our food was brought out quickly. the interior is plain, cafeteria style but comfortable. Wow the food was incredible! Medium is pretty damn spicy, at least for me. I will go with mild next time. Chicken was crunchy and juicy. Portions are generous. I will be back.

Love it! Service was amazing, the staff was walking around cleaning and asking customers if they needed anything! The food was fresh and the fries were crispy! Get honey and add to your sandwich.
I've been here twice already since it's opening! I prefer the slider because I love the mixture of the sauce and the coleslaw with the tender. The pickles... amazing. I'm not a huge fan of spicy food so the "hot" initially made me pause, but I found my perfect level for me. The food is great and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend!
