TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

My wife went back and got the tenders instead of the sandwich. My wife really likes the tenders which I did enjoy. Place is more of take out since it gets so tight. But going back
How could anyone NOT give this food a 5-star review?! Omggggg! Forget the fries and focus on the chicken! Absolutely amazing spice (I went mild), and that secret sauce is to die for! Not greasy, fast friendly service...welcome to the neighborhood, Dave's!!!
Fire Chicken FTW got the cheese fries and a single tender.. cashier informed me of a hidden #5 and saved me some money.. hats off to good customer service
Good vibes! Nice ambiance, friendly staff (Joy & Alexis). Great location on 2nd St in LB. Good people watching from the open air dining room
So good! Be warned their food does take a long time but just chill and wait. Chicken is super juicy and their spice levels are hotter than most people expect. Mild is a lot for people who love spice. I like burn your mouth off spicy so I got extra spicy and usually half regret half love it.
Great chicken, definitely one of the best places in the shore!! Very clean as well, staff is very nice.
My daughter and i had a great time at Dave's hot chicken. She loved it! She wanted to try it and was impressed. I was too! The service was friendly and attentive. There was one gentleman making a scene about someone getting their sandwich before him. It was super unexpected lol but the cashier working stayed professional.
Friendly, fast service! Great shakes! And chicken, of course! The atmosphere is fun as well!
