The service was really unexpected, they were impatient, rude, and had no manners. There was an employee who was repeatedly kept knocking on the bathroom door while I was using it and opened it while I was also on the toilet and did not apologize. Even after that incident they kept knocking on the bathroom door.

Why is it always like this seding me to a website to fill out a bunch of queries to prove I ate there instead of reaching out to me directly and making it right. Fast food is fast crap at Dave's hot chicken. Customer service

The food had no flavor but when I touched it you would think I grabbed a bowl of curry. The fries tasted like they were from the Walmart freezer section. After waiting 25 minutes for our food and also them giving our food to someone else we were so excited to try this meal. As it turns out, this chicken is no better than a Publix chicken tender that has been sitting outside for 6 hours. Also they have one sauce and it tastes like oxygen. My husband picked up the food cannot speak to the service or the ambiance but the food OMG NO FLAVOR ON THE CHICKEN UNLESS OIL IS A NEW FLAVOR, Mac n cheese tast like they boiled the noodles and put some velveta cheese on it smh I will not be back

Ordered online, was told order would be ready in 15 minutes. Less than a minute later, the wife called and said she was bringing home lunch, so I called in to cancel the order. Food is great but here's the thing: my friend ordered a shake and 20 minutes later we found out that if you left a review you could get a free shake. So obviously the 10 of us went to go do so and get a free shake. Magically, the machine is down. Tell me that ain't sum bs

Came to Dave's for the first time and the restaurant itself was very cool, loved the art and set up. The service here was awesome, very friendly staff and quick with our order. I really enjoyed the vibe. As for the food everything tasted good although the chicken itself I thought was kinda huge for the buns. If it was up to me I'd use thighs for the sandwiches that way it matched up with the buns a bit better. Overall I really enjoyed the experience and the food. Made me feel like I was eating at a spiced up chic fil a.

Jessica is a liar! Mac and cheese is so mid. Everything else was gas. The chicken sandwich was amazing.

The bun was good, I liked the addition of the kale slaw as well as the pickles to balance it out. But the fact that the portion for a chicken sandwich is one chicken tender doesn't go over well. Think about it, there's bread bites with no chicken because it's a slim piece of chicken down the middle of a bun. The chicken is just dusted with cayenne pepper mixed with a little sugar. Nothing special as far as flavor development. I didn't think the place was bad but it did nothing for me and I wouldn't go back.
