Their water cup is 4 ounces when they serve hot chicken in order to try and sell you a 4 dollar water cup. I will not be returning if they're trying to make money over water.

I got the sliders "hot" and they were inedible. They were just absolutely covered in a thick coating of raw, dry, chili powder. I really like spicy items as well and the "hot" was way too hot for me. My mouth was on fire. I honestly think it was done on purpose as a prank because there is no way someone would take a bite of that and think it tasted good. Here is the deal, we have been to this location 5 times now and out of those only 2 were decent and one phenomenal. Two times they gave us WET chicken that were super small (not what you expect from Dave's Hot Chicken at all). Very inconsistent and the staff at this location is always rude, has been from the start of coming here. The pieces I was served were smaller than half of my husbands chicken. The chicken here is incredibly good; - off-the-hook good. With that said, the place is a dump, despite the fact it is brand new! Trash on the floor, empty napkin dispensers, water on the floor in front of the soda machine and tables everywhere that have not been wiped-down. Customers routinely wipe-down their own tables, while idle employees are milling around behind the counter. It is quite obvious that management in the evenings at this location is quite lax. All heat no flavor I couldn't imagine ordering the hot. The tenders are all random size some tiny some extra large.

It was an OK experience. Our cost for two meals and one drink was $33 so I'm rating them based on that. If we can get a similar meal at a fast food place for $10 less you have to really step it up to make it worthwhile to me. We couldn't tell a difference between the Medium and the Hot chicken. Near the end I think I figured out which of mine was spicier. We came ready for spicy and it didn't deliver. Horrible costumer service. I would not recommend unless you want to get attitude from front of house of workers for no reason. First and last time coming here and I didnt even get any food! If you want to know what happened talk to Jay.

They can and should do better. I have been 8 times since they opened and have had some sort of issue every time. At their price point they need to be better.
