food has no flavor, really upsetting because i came and thought it would be good because i saw it on social media and it looked good. the service was okay, not too slow, not fast either. ambiance was also okay, i liked the inside of the restaurant but i would never eat here again.

Dave's hot chicken not only gave me the experience of a winter wonderland, but also a rave of many types of music directly into my ears! When I say thick, I mean thiccc chicken was served. Along with that chunk of a chicken breast, I also got bread topped off with pickles! The bread wasn't toasted, which was weird, but I guess that's the Dave's Way? If I had a one word review it would be, meh.

Bleh.... Want bland chicken tenders tossed in hot sauce this is the place for you! It's all they have. Chicken tenders on a bun or plane and fries. I tried it plain once to see what it tasted like and so poorly seasoned! I had it with sauce and the wet sauce over the breaded wing was quite frankly uninspired. Most of all the NOISE was intolerable with horrible music playing so loud we truly couldn't conduct a conversation. I don't mean it's pop music, it was weird! As a chicken strip lover, I was very excited to visit Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time. Boy, was I disappointed. Things didn't start off well when I asked for a water cup. It was a tiny plastic cup about 2 inches tall. Throughout my meal, I had to get up from the table, go to the soda machine and fill it up about six or seven times. I have never been given a water cup this small at any restaurant in my entire life. The food has been great and worth trying in the past. The service is abysmal. You can tell every single worker there is more concerned about getting through the line than the quality of what they are putting out. I ordered two chicken tenders a la cart and I paid like 12 bucks plus a 15% tip and the chicken was MAYBE twice the size of a McDonald's chicken nugget. The manager was extremely excited that I said I would take money back instead of different chicken. I'll be across the street at any number of the other restaurants... read more

Dave's Hot Chicken is delicious. But please beware of the app. I was charged $37.31 for food purchased over 400 miles away. When I contacted DHC customer service they did NOTHING to reimburse me. When I tried to delete my account from their app I was denied. At this point I have to go through my bank. This has been a pain!

Their water cup is 4 ounces when they serve hot chicken in order to try and sell you a 4 dollar water cup. I will not be returning if they're trying to make money over water.

I got the sliders "hot" and they were inedible. They were just absolutely covered in a thick coating of raw, dry, chili powder. I really like spicy items as well and the "hot" was way too hot for me. My mouth was on fire. I honestly think it was done on purpose as a prank because there is no way someone would take a bite of that and think it tasted good. This is one of those annoying fast food restaurants that asks for a tip when you order at the counter, pickup up your own food, and bus your own table. I don't tip at these... read more

Here is the deal, we have been to this location 5 times now and out of those only 2 were decent and one phenomenal. Two times they gave us WET chicken that were super small (not what you expect from Dave's Hot Chicken at all). Very inconsistent and the staff at this location is always rude, has been from the start of coming here. The pieces I was served were smaller than half of my husbands chicken.
