The chicken here is incredibly good; - off-the-hook good. With that said, the place is a dump, despite the fact it is brand new! Trash on the floor, empty napkin dispensers, water on the floor in front of the soda machine and tables everywhere that have not been wiped-down. Customers routinely wipe-down their own tables, while idle employees are milling around behind the counter. It is quite obvious that management in the evenings at this location is quite lax. All heat no flavor I couldn't imagine ordering the hot. The tenders are all random size some tiny some extra large.

Worst chicken I have ever had, would not recommend. Service was nice - but would not recommend the chicken
It was an OK experience. Our cost for two meals and one drink was $33 so I'm rating them based on that. If we can get a similar meal at a fast food place for $10 less you have to really step it up to make it worthwhile to me. We couldn't tell a difference between the Medium and the Hot chicken. Near the end I think I figured out which of mine was spicier. We came ready for spicy and it didn't deliver. Horrible costumer service. I would not recommend unless you want to get attitude from front of house of workers for no reason. First and last time coming here and I didnt even get any food! If you want to know what happened talk to Jay.

They can and should do better. I have been 8 times since they opened and have had some sort of issue every time. At their price point they need to be better.

Love the food but it is just absolutely freezing in the restaurant. The people are really nice but I can hardly stand to be in here for more than 15 minutes because of how cold it is in the restaurant. Looking around everyone is shivering and cold in here.

We've been wanting to try this place, and were severely let down. The food was so-so, large portions, no flavor. I got the medium spice level which is my go to, and there was zero spice or flavor. Fries and chicken cooked well overall. Service was fine. Dave's sauce tasted like flavored mayo. Will not be returning. I went here for the first time last night with some friends, the workers were extremely rude and my friends chicken was undercooked. Will not be returning or recommending to ANYONE.
