TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

So glad Dave's made it up to Seattle! Be aware though, it can get very crowded in here. I went around 6:30pm, and there was no line, but it quickly became very long by 7pm, going out the door. The seating is also pretty limited. The food was great though if you're craving hot fried chicken. I got medium, and thought it had a slight kick to it that was very enjoyable. The fries are yummy, and if you check in on Yelp, you get a free shake! A very pleasant surprise. Overall a great time :)

Quick service & YUMMY food. I always ask for extra sauce. The inside of the restaurant is fairly busy and not a lot of seating.

This place makes what has to be the best Chicken fingers I've ever had. Thick pieces of chicken, perfectly cooked, perfectly breaded and the sauce and spice on the breading is the perfect combo of heat and flavor.
I tried the reaper chicken and it was correctly advertised, the workers here are also very cool
New favorite chicken place. Fingers are crack. Spice was on point. Full of flavor and perfect crunch. Breading with sauce and sprinkled with Cajun seasoning. We will be back! Vegetarian options and restaurant is halal. SUPER loud music blaring so I'd say that's a major negative on ambiance. Felt bad for workers who must be slowly going deaf. We will be back but only for takeout due to the noise pollution. Expect a wait to order.
I've had Hattie B's in Nashville so I feel like I have some credibility when I say this was on par or even better!! I love the taste of hot chicken and Dave's did not disappoint! I came on I believe the second opening weekend and it was so busy! There was a line forming out of the door so I did end up waiting over half an hour to get inside and order, but the service was pretty fast overall! Busy on a Friday night but the line went fast and got our food quickly. Food was good but I'd say a bit overrated. No complaints tho - tbh I did this review for a free shake :))
yummy good food and although lines can get busy on some days, the workers are attentive and get through the lines quickly. vibes are immaculate and there's a good amount of seating !!
