TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I have posted a review before, but I don't see it, so I will share again! I LOVE Dave's Hot Chicken. I'm used to Dave's Hot Chicken in Vegas, where they are usually quick drive-thru experiences. This location in Seattle is not a drive-thru. It is on Capitol Hill and super busy like a college hang out spot. I have gone in the daytime and late at night. Such good food! Way better than chickfila! Sandwich was sweet, spicy, cold, warm, everything you could want in one bite of food! We drove by and the line was out the door so we ordered online and hung out in the car for about 15 min. They let you walk right in and grab your food! Preorder!!!
