TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Pretty good chicken. When I went the soda machine was down so the only option for drinks was bottled or slushees. Can get very crowded.
I'm sure everyone knows this place already. I got to try it for the first time recently & it is delicious. We came around 9 PM, very hungry, post pickleball. The line was long and it's a war to find seating, but we came out victorious. The food took a reallllly long time to come out (but this was expected). They were handing out little slushie samples to keep people satiated. The pink color lemonade slushie was my favorite. The fries are my number one favorite thing here. They are so oily and seasoned (which is just the wa... read more
Food is good. It's a decent chicken sandwich. The chicken tended is juicy and flavorful. Service is friendly Ambiance is lively.
Do people write reviews for food from uber eats deliveries? Anyways I'm gong to write one. Had the munchies late night after attending emerald city comic con and decided to give this place a try. The delivery came in around 30 minutes. I ordereded: 1. daves #1: 2 tenders with fries - heat level spice The tenders were spicy! But in a good way. It was nice and Crispy and went well with the daves sauce. Came with crinkle cut fries. 2. Cauliflower tender bites with Mac and cheese - heat level spice This was the highlight o... read more
I tried it. It's OK I'm not really in for chicken tenders for my chicken sandwich... to be honest most of the people that love places like this without really being a real critic. Don't even know how to cook or only thing about good cooked Halal food or a good chicken sandwich no chicken sandwich shouldn't be the size of a chicken tender that's just my opinion.
I've been wanting to try Dave's Hot Chicken since they opened their Seattle location and we finally had a chance to go. It. Was. BOMB. Parking looks like it's hard to find, there were a few cars parked in the turn lane with their hazards on. Thankfully we managed to snag a spot close by. We walked in and the restaurant was packed with a medium sized line. We used that time to look at the menu and decide what to get. After we ordered, we found a spot to sit in some bar seating if you continue past the ordering area. We like... read more
Good service and timely preparation of food. Would go again in a heartbeat. It was lively with good music.
First off, the spice levels are no joke! I went with "Hot," and it delivered the perfect balance of heat and flavor without being overwhelming. My friend dared to try the "Reaper" level, and let's just say it's not for the faint of heart (but worth it if you're up for a challenge!). Service ambiance is amazin
If you're wandering around Seattle and are tired of price gouging and need a quick protein filled lunch, this is the perfect spot for you. The chicken is always dependable. It will always be cooked the same and it will always taste the same. I love the fries! The staff was pretty nice. I used the bathrooms and they were fine too. There is a lot of dining space inside with lots of windows and it's pretty clean. It wasn't hard to find parking either.
