01:30 ordered lite mild tenders, along with fries and mac. the food was served to me in not great/preferred conditions-- over breaded, soggy, tepid. came out faster than everyone else's and i can assume it's because it had been sitting there for a bit. really sweet tender for lite mild. also imo, the ranch and fries were way too salty. ambiance is fine. mac was chain mac. for my first time and hearing many positive things, i was disappointed and frankly grossed out. damn kiosk wouldn't let me print my receipt!

That chicken had way too much seasoning. The only thing good was the fruity peble milkshake.

Waited 40 minutes over the estimated time for pick up just for my overpriced wings to be mediocre at best and cold... very disorganized and it's a joke to call these both six pieces... was packed with a bunch of drunk kids to the point where they have to have a bouncer at the front to even let people in

The food is good and freshly made. We went There for dinner on Sunday night (6:30pm) had a few (6-8) people in line to order a head of us. Wait time for the food was 45!!!! Minutes. They clearly can't keep up, and they seem to prioritize making takeaway and pick ups. The place is freezing cold, no heat at all. I understand spicy food makes you feel hot but most people are wearing coats and warm hates inside.
