TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Service was great can't say the same about the food the chicken was over done and dry. So it's definitely overhyped because the chicken is supposed to be the focal point.The stores location is good and the inside looks nice.
I ordered a medium slider and they gave me the REAPER INSTEAD!!!!!!! How do you even fuck up this bad??? Had a terrible night because of this. It almost felt on purpose because how do you even mess that up?? Terrible mistake and lucky I'm not suing because I didn't sign any waiver or anything to eat that shit. I've gone here with my little brother before who's 10 thank god they didn't mess his order up like this. Scared to trust this place again.

This is mid as fuck shit taste like frozen chicken omm anyone can make it at home for half the price and it'll taste better too not to mention the nasty ass part of town this joint in smh the bread nasty asf too the fries and chicken Everything taste like shit Omms
The food is good but the size of the tenders is all over the place; sometimes they're big and satisfying, other times they're way too small. The customer service could definitely be better, with staff often seeming checked out, and the tables are usually sticky, which isn't exactly inviting. Good food, but the rest needs work
Very long lines, staff didnt look like they cared. Food was cold bc of it probably because i was on time for my pickup. Very unpleased.
Great food. Rudest staff I've seen in a while. This is a common theme, I am not sure why ownership doesn't address it.
This place is overrated.. The food is tasty for what it is, but nothing great. Like a Chic Fil A or Popeyes' knockoff or something. Service is basic fast food. Location is heavy foot traffic, but missing a drive thru.
