Treating myself to lunch today, Monday, September 23, 2024, at Dave's Hot Chicken, 114 Grand Hill Place, Holly Springs, NC, and found disappointment with Daves tenders and fries. The first bite was tasteless even though I was seeing a ton of spices on the chicken. Interesting to say the least with the saving grace being the cups of sauce-delicious. my meal was cold. i ordered it in store and expected it to be fresh. not only did it take almost 20-25 minutes but it was all cold. and the lady at the register was being snappy with me. i was very unsatisfied.

Went to Dave's and the food was good, but the restaurant was not clean. Tables had not been wiped and the floor was not only sticky and dirty, there was debris all over. The soda machine area was dirty and some of the drinks were only seltzer water, no coke syrup. The floor nearby was very slippery. Not a place I would be anxious to return to!

Cold overpriced nasty food. The manager Stephen as well as his daycare need to learn customer service and cleaning in the place. I will never go back in there . I believe they in their last leg of being in business. No one can afford those prices in North Carolina need to shut down and go back to California

Absolutely overpriced for fast food. Dining area was filthy. Had to clean our own table. Save money and go to Zaxby's in the same parking lot.

Only thing good here is the music. Dirty, food is terrible and service is by a bunch of kids who seemingly have to be here.

My daughter wanted to go here so we stopped in to give it a try. They had chicken tenders sandwiches of all heat category, french fries, milkshake, and just chicken fingers by themselves everything was fried and then dipped in batter way overpriced and more like fast food buyer beware.

1st time at Dave's, ordered #3 (2 Sliders w/ Fries), no spice, no kale slaw, add cheese ($16). After waiting for 15min, got mild with kale slaw, no cheese. Chicken portion was small, fries tasted like they'd been sitting for a while. Pickles were the high point. Maybe some day I'll forget how bad it was and try again...but I suspect the franchise location will be shuttered by then.
