So excited Dave's is now in this area! The chicken sandwich is the best, even better than Hot Boys chicken sandwich in downtown wc, which is great too. Make sure to get the sauce that comes in packets and the Mac n Cheese! Staff is extremely polite and generous! Love Dave's Hot Chicken!!!
Dave's Hot Chicken is open for business! It is newly opened in the Crossroads Shopping Center, where Rubio's used to be. Plenty of parking is around and the location is clean and completely renovated. The staff is very attentive. Now for the food. Well what up peeps!!! Yes yours truly is at Dave's hot chicken in concord. Okay I'm super happy to say no long line out the door so yes starting off great. Today out cashier was Elham she was super nice and asked if this was our first time at the restaurant and of course we said "yes" she welcomed us with a huge smile and asked how we were and if we needed some input on what chicken spice level to order. Great location staff was very pleasant even the owner checked on us to see if everything was ok so I recommend this location especially the staff members Mario and Leslie 5stars on everything here
Favorite halal hot chicken spot in the Bay Area. So happy to see it here in Pleasant Hill. I used to drive down to LA for it, now it's so close to home.
Doing some last minute Christmas shopping in the Crossroads Shopping Center and saw Dave's Hot Chicken had replaced Rubio's. There was a sign saying they "Now Open" and my thirst for fried chicken sandwiches is never quenched so I had to stop in. A very nice and smiling employee opened the door for me and greeted me saying if I needed anything I could ask him. Service was excellent, the chicken was nice and crunchy on the outside and juicy inside. Medium wasn't too spicy but the hot had a nice kick to it. I really their sauce with the fries which were also very good and fresh. Will definitely return and try their extra hot & reaper next time!!
