The employees, I believe their names are Joseph and Alexis, were very rude and disrespectful and made this experience at Daves Hot Chicken very unenjoyable. It was my first time ever coming and I was very excited to try but honestly I think I'll never come back due to how rude they were. 0/10 I hope the managers can provide some customer service management classes because they honestly need to work on it a lot.

Went in today and there was a man in front of me who left the restaurant because the employee behind the counter didn't acknowledge him or take his order. That should've been my red flag, but I really wanted to try the new hot mozzarella sticks, so I waited to be helped. When the female employee finally turned around, I asked to order the brand new - just released - hot mozzarella sticks, and she quickly replied that they didn't have those anymore. I've come here multiple times and many times their kiosk isn't working, their menu is out of stock of a ton of items, or they screw up my order either by putting spice on the chicken when I ask for none, putting pickles on the sandwich when I ask for no pickles at all anywhere near my food, or the chicken they give me is 90% hard breading, the place itself looks nice but looks don't mean much when the point is the food and it's quality, definitely would not recommend

Ordered 2 sliders with sauce. Came with no sauce, asked for 2 sauces "they are free" the guy gave 1 and told me to fuck off

The servers were great and the food was fine. But it was criminally cold. The employees said they weren't allowed to turn up the thermostat. Dreadful working conditions and dreadful for customers. Avoid in winter. Employees and customers should not have to shiver in coats.
