Silvana was nice to our table! Great smile and all around attitude! On top of that the Hot chicken sandwich with Dave's sauce was incredible. 100% would recommend to everyone who's curious!
I had never been to Dave's Hot chicken before. There was a lady there seem like she was the manager on duty and the food I ordered was perfect hot crispy tasty and just the way I like it. Based on that visit I wanted to give this restaurant five stars. However on the second visit just two days later the food quality wasn't as high quality and hot as before almost like the chicken had been under heat lamp for many minutes I don't know it just wasn't the same as the first day I was there when the managing lady was there. Recently my husband took me and our daughter to this place. Originally, I was nervous thinking that the food was only going to be spicy but I was wrong. There are plenty of options from no spice to reaper. We got two orders of fries; one with cheese and one without. I enjoyed the fries without the cheese but our daughter preferred them with. The line was not too long and went fast. The staff were very helpful and polite. The restaurant was very clean. I ordered a medium heat slider and a strip, both were delicious, but I should have order a level up on the heat.

Food is good but a bit too spicy for my pallet! Sauce is yummy and flavorful and the fries were very tasty!

I went in with the family, 1hr and 45 min before they closed.I want it to use the restroom.This shirt guys told me the bathroom is closed, I ask him why and he said because is clean and i don't want you to use it. He was willing to let me into the kitchen area so i can wash my hands, but you cannot use the restroom. If the restaurant is OPEN the services are as well. VERY disappointed with this new generation. The girl on front she was very friendly and very CS oriented. Good Job for her.

The employees, I believe their names are Joseph and Alexis, were very rude and disrespectful and made this experience at Daves Hot Chicken very unenjoyable. It was my first time ever coming and I was very excited to try but honestly I think I'll never come back due to how rude they were. 0/10 I hope the managers can provide some customer service management classes because they honestly need to work on it a lot.

Went in today and there was a man in front of me who left the restaurant because the employee behind the counter didn't acknowledge him or take his order. That should've been my red flag, but I really wanted to try the new hot mozzarella sticks, so I waited to be helped. When the female employee finally turned around, I asked to order the brand new - just released - hot mozzarella sticks, and she quickly replied that they didn't have those anymore.
