The servers were great and the food was fine. But it was criminally cold. The employees said they weren't allowed to turn up the thermostat. Dreadful working conditions and dreadful for customers. Avoid in winter. Employees and customers should not have to shiver in coats.

So there are a few competitors that serve the same food, and Dave's Hot Chicken is on the bottom of my list in terms of taste, portions, and price. World Famous Hotboys is absolutely the best, but they always play offensive non-family friendly music. Angry Chicks is really good! And then you have Dave's Hot. I got a mild chicken sandwich and fries, it was SO expensive for what it was. The portions were small too like it was 3/4 of the bun, and it actually tasted bad. I recently discovered this place, and as a vegetarian, I fell in love with their cauliflower-based entrees (sliders, balls, etc.), which made up 50% of the menu. So, I went there several times, but when I went back there this week, they discontinued ALL of the cauliflower offerings :( If they bring them back, I will give them 5 stars, but I can't rate them for their chicken (which might be bad...ask a meat eater).

For the price of the food I was really disappointed. The people in the reviews weren't lying when they said this chicken is bland. I got the slider combo and the mac as my side. The Mac tasted better to me than the chicken and that wasn't even nothing special. I like my food seasoned so I won't be back.

This place is over rated. I had the extra hot and tbh it was not spicy at all. I do have a higher tolerance to spice but this was not spicy to me. My kids had the no spice version and the breading had no flavor at all. The chicken also had a lot of nerves/tendons and it made parts of it non-edible. The lady who took our order was nice. There are many chicken places better than this so I don't see myself coming back.

Tried the non chicken. Messy, greasy and slight burnt taste. Not my cup of tea! Makes me sad i was so looking forward to it.

I usually order a lot from here, but after my last experience I will never order again. I have been vegetarian for nearly my entire life, and I got chicken instead of cauliflower when I clearly ordered cauliflower. If you are vegetarian or vegan, or allergic to meat, do NOT eat at this location, because they will mess up your order. Thankfully my boyfriend eats chicken so I was able to give him my meal so it didn't go to waste, but before I realized it was chicken I took an entire bite after nearly 12 years of not eating mea... read more

We ordered a #1 and a #3 and waited quite a while for our food. When it finally arrived, the fries and mac and cheese were ice cold, as if they had been sitting out for a long time. I asked the associate if they could be replaced, and they came back from the kitchen in under 30 seconds--with lukewarm replacements. Completely unacceptable. Ordered at 6:52 pm. People ahead of us got their order. Approached them at 7:30 pm and it was just sitting there the whole time. Fries are soggy. Food is cold. Didn't have time to ask them to remake it since we already wasted 30 minutes waiting for our damn food.
