All the employees are just speaking in Spanish except one or two people were speaking in English!!! This is Not Mexico and they better speak their own language in the back room!!! The manager is not doing her job right at all!!!

Tried the non chicken. Messy, greasy and slight burnt taste. Not my cup of tea! Makes me sad i was so looking forward to it.

I usually order a lot from here, but after my last experience I will never order again. I have been vegetarian for nearly my entire life, and I got chicken instead of cauliflower when I clearly ordered cauliflower. If you are vegetarian or vegan, or allergic to meat, do NOT eat at this location, because they will mess up your order. Thankfully my boyfriend eats chicken so I was able to give him my meal so it didn't go to waste, but before I realized it was chicken I took an entire bite after nearly 12 years of not eating mea... read more

We ordered a #1 and a #3 and waited quite a while for our food. When it finally arrived, the fries and mac and cheese were ice cold, as if they had been sitting out for a long time. I asked the associate if they could be replaced, and they came back from the kitchen in under 30 seconds--with lukewarm replacements. Completely unacceptable. Ordered at 6:52 pm. People ahead of us got their order. Approached them at 7:30 pm and it was just sitting there the whole time. Fries are soggy. Food is cold. Didn't have time to ask them to remake it since we already wasted 30 minutes waiting for our damn food.

1.) The food doesn't taste the same like the Dave Hot Chicken's in LA. 2.) My bf and I came here at 9:30pm, and it looked like they were closing up bc they were putting chairs on the tables and blocked off the dining area that's past the soda machine so no one could eat there. Nothing against dave hot chickens in concord.... But I went there to get dinner after work tonight at around 7:30. Annndddddd as I was parking I saw , in the bushes, at least 15 GIANT RATS in bushes right outside of Dave's hot chicken in parking lot..... I couldn't go in after seeing that lol they gotta call pest control. I love Dave's hot chicken but appearance is everything and before I made it out of my truck I was throwwwwed off

Not too sure i understand the hype around this place. It's very expensive and the seasoning is terrible. I love spicy food and have a very high tolerance for it, but the "hot" level was just disgusting. It was more seasoning than chicken and just absolutely drowned in it. The piece of white bread on the side is a strange addition. Like they just bought a loaf of Wonder Bread and threw a piece of it on the tray lol. I won't be back, Canes is way better (and at least they give you texas toast and not just a slice of bread ... read more

Honestly this staff was so incompetent I had to leave a review. They didn't give me any sauce for my $50 order. They didn't believe me when I said I didn't have any. Then processed to only give me 2 because they "couldn't give me anymore" even though I was willing to pay. Pretty ridiculous. Had to share
