TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Food was smacking! Little pricy like the rest of fast food but good. Extra hot was not too spicy but I love spicy so maybe I'm the not best person to rate this.

I love Dave's, the facility is always clean and ready for customers to sit, I highly recommend eating here. Food is delicious and the service is always prompt the color and design on the walls keep it exciting.

Ordering: Only 6 basic things on the menu, chicken strips or chicken sliders or a combination of both. They also have large family items as well. Most come with fries, or you can sub cheese fries, coleslaw, or mac and cheese. The chicken has about 6 or 7 heat levels from mild to reaper. If ordering reaper you have to sign a waiver. I usually dont leave reviews to fastfood establishment, coz, lets be honest no one really cares about their service and foods(at least most of the time) but this establishment is REALLY DOING GREAT!! From cashier to the food, really really good. The customer service is awesome, id be so tired from work but the warm welcome and sincere smiles from the crew always lifts my spirit up, no kidding, theyre all nice! First time here, great to try for a "new" place. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out hot and had great flavor. Hot was perfect flavor and heat!
