My first time to Dave's. Saw a video on YouTube from the Company Man and decided to try it. Had the hot chicken strips with fries, seems like a large portion for the price. The price of the drink was reasonable. The temperature of the spice was good. The taste wasn't so good. Tasted like chilli powder. A lot of chilli power. I wouldn't order it again. I might go back and try plain. Overall I like Caine's better.

I did a mobile order and it said 9-12 minutes. I walk in after 12 minutes and I was told a few more minutes. After 10 minutes I went up and I was told "we're backed up, it's going to take awhile." I asked for my money back and after 5 minutes and a manager, I was told the next day to should post. I received a text about my experience and I responded about my experience and waiting on my refund. I'm sorry about the bad review, now that I read it , it seems a little harsh. The truth is people make mistakes. I'm sure it was an accident. I wish I could delete it, I just don't know how. A stroke has left me with anger issues.

Service was terrible at this location....i sat in the drive thru for a 7:15 pm on a Sunday few minutes and no one answered. I went in to order my food and mentioned that I was sitting in the drive thru and the person working said oh sorrry the headset is dead and we are charging it. I went to order a shake and of course no dice....we don't have the shakes on the board. Good thing the food is good. Won't be back to this location.

Walked in at 11:20, its now 12:05 and no one has their order. Everyone waiting... I would suggest starting cooking the chicken earlier than you open?

So. So. So. Slow. The chicken was nice & crispy, but not worth the wait. The flavor was very one-note. We tried the medium, extra hot & reaper. Not much seasoning, just heat on the last two. The reaper was, indeed, quite hot... but lacked flavor. The fries were really good. The iced tea is the pre-fab stuff from the fountain. We agreed we'd rather spend our money elsewhere and won't be back.

The chicken was dry! I also don't want a slider with a little tiny bun and a hunk of chicken that I have to eat on its own because the bun is so small. My service was fine, but I watched as a manager basically argued with a customer over how they had ordered their food and they must've ordered it wrong, rather than just apologize and remake the order. After a second shot at Dave's chicken, they ended up getting half my order wrong and left out two set of fries. I ordered 4 #4 dishes for my family, and I received 2 #4 dishes and 2 lone sliders.

First time at a Dave's Hot Chicken. Husband and I entered to very loud music and a strange high pitched piercing sound that turned out to be an alarm with a flashing light that the staff appeared to ignore. The restaurant and restroom were clean and the counter servers pleasant. I ordered 2 chicken tenders and kale slaw. Husband ordered a sandwich with fries.
