My wife and I love the chicken sandwich but only if you can get it in a reasonable amount of time. For the second time visiting the store we were told it would be a 30-t0 40 minute wait on our order. We have had this experience on multiple occasions. We said we will never go there again and yet return only to find out there is still a long wait. I guess we are gluttons for punishment. Have to get my chicken sandwich somewhere else.

The place is absolutely filthy, from the front door to the bathroom. One person on duty up front, and one, maybe two, in the kitchen. Ice machine broken. Tables dirty. Fries cold. Took a LONG time to get our food. Worst fast food place I've ever been to. Owner should be ashamed of this place. The young lady up front was overwhelmed, but maintained a great attitude. That was the only good thing about this place.

Not sure why I visit this location. Service is incredibly slow and the staff is often rude. I'm here at 9:45 at night and all of the tables are empty and dirty. Soda machine has no ice, I had to wait at the front counter for someone to notice me, and the manager offered the snarky comment that the soda comes out of the machine cold when I asked for more ice in my cup. If I was the franchisee who runs this place, I would shut it down.

Wow. The food service is sloooooowwwwww. Like not busy at all and sitting at the drive thru 12 min after giving them money. And that was after waiting 3 min for someone to say hi at the speaker. No one is here so not busy.. Sadly this a repeat thing they do. If this place wants to survive they need to pickup speed because I figured 1st time was just a a bad day but it's not. This is not fast and it's pretty pricy at $16+ for a chk strip 2 piece combo.

I love the chicken at Dave's but this location had me in the drive thru for over 20 minutes on multiple occasions. Even if the food was made to order, that's still too long to be waiting. Just get rid of the drive thru. It's not for you Dave. I'll be back but only when I have time to waste.

The 2 chicken pieces were between a bun which was not needed. Tasty chicken but pricey.
Decent sandwich. Will not be back. Very dry and they do not offer ranch, mayo or sauce. With all of the chicken sandwich restaurants popping up you can just skip this one.

First and last time eating at this place. One simply cannot ask for a side of ranch because management goes berserk and says that it's not a fast food restaurant like my guy you have a drive-through, you have a dirty lobby ,I found two hairs in my food. And dirty restrooms. All the characteristics of a fast food restaurant. Your lobby is literally graffitied inside my guy that's a fast food restaurant with. I went to school for this prices on your food. You will forever be a fast food restaurant my guy.
