TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Wow! Delicious perfectly seasoned and fried chicken tenders! Nice crispy outside with tender juicy inside. The slider option was a nice combination of flavors to complement the chicken tender. We ordered the medium which had a nice little bite to it will try the hot next time. Expect a wait since it's a new place. With time I'm sure they'll get it all worked out

I was so happy that a location opened up on my side of town. We absolutely loved all the decor when you walk in, and it smelled amazing. I got the two sliders with fries and a Dr Pepper, and I tried the spicy cauliflower bites as well. It is definitely a lot more food than I expected, so the one slider meal would've been a lot better for me. The cauliflower bites were crispy and delicious, and I got them with the lowest amount of spice you can, but I will definitely be getting it spicier next time. The staff was very helpful... read more
