I remember going to this place when I was stationed in San Diego in 2019- so I was excited to see it here. Unfortunately, the experience was not the same. The chicken was not at all seasoned, more importantly, not at all hot. Although I waited in line for a very long time the customer service was top-notch! The staff was friendly!

I personally love their food but when I came today I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food to come out and the shakes were awful. The strawberry one looked like Pepto Bismol and the vanilla one tastes like ice with no flavor. The people in the back were on their phones and the others were just talking. I thought coming inside would be faster since the line outside never moves but clearly I was wrong.

First time here. There were only 2 people working in the restaurant. The cook came out to take our order. We waited 45 minutes for our food along with other customers waiting. The slider was fantastic but the chicken tenders were not my speed. I didn't care for the seasoning and they were over cooked. Not on my return list.

Chicken is flavorless and just spicy. Without spice it tastes like nothing. Staff is inconsiderate. Went there to pick up an order. The order board said it was ready. The slow girl at the register looks on the to go shelf and tells me it's not ready. I say the order board says it's ready and she said it's "probably coming up." Meanwhile, my order is sitting getting cold in the window, waiting for her to bag it up, while she then goes takes and more orders.
